The Bench focuses on high quality teaching and small groups that do not exceed 10 students. The Bench is obliged to pay tutor fees regardless of your attendance. This means that cancellations can cause problems for both the student and teacher. The following policy is, therefore, strictly adhered to.

- Refund and transfer requests. All course fees are non-refundable. Transfers or credit will not be processed if you cancel within 5-business days of the class or event commencing. To request a transfer or credit, The Bench requires at least 5-business days notice via email prior to the start of a class or event and this is redeemable within 12 months. Please email jewellery@thebench.sydney to organise.

- Partial refunds. The Bench has the right to issue a partial refund, (i.e., A % of the total order) and to retain any booking and processing fees associated with the order.

- Missed classes. The Bench does not offer refunds, transfers, or makeup sessions for missed classes. If you can't make a class, please inform your tutor at The Bench.

- Cancelled class/event. In the event that a class is cancelled by The Bench students will be notified via text message or email and entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.
